The Welfare Board says that the names of the eligible beneficiaries selected for the payment of ‘Aswasuma’ welfare benefits for providing Samurdhi and public allowances will be published from tomorrow (20).
The board also says that by visiting the website http://www.wbb.gov.lk, the names of the eligible candidates can be obtained in Sinhala, English and Tamil languages.
The welfare benefits board also mentions that the opportunity to file objections and appeals against the names on the list of claimants will also be provided.
The board also mentions that the lists of people who are eligible to receive Samurdhi and other allowances have been made public in the district secretary’s division and the government offices at the village level.
