According to the Ministry of Health, 10 districts of the island are still at high risk of dengue.
Those districts are Colombo, Kalutara, Kandy, Gampaha, Matale, Galle, Jaffna, Mullaitivu, Puttalam and Kegalle.
According to the report issued by the National Dengue Control Unit, 1,152 dengue cases have been reported from these districts last week.
The number of dengue cases reported in the country so far this year is 59,317.
