Intelligence troops of the 54 Division and 11 Sri Lanka Artillery in Mannar arrested two civilians with 10.4 kg of ICE at Mannar roadblock early this morning (31).
Those civilians were attempting to transport those 10.4 kg of ICE (approximately Rs 150 m) from Thalaimannar to Vankalei area in their own cab.
Army troops handed over those suspects and drugs to the Mannar Police station for further investigations.
