The National Dengue Control Unit states that dengue fever is once again spreading across the country.
The National Dengue Control Unit also states that there have been 2198 cases of dengue fever from different parts of the country in the past week.
The unit also states that dengue patients are common in many areas including Colombo city in the Western Province.
In addition, the National Dengue Control Unit states that dengue fever is spreading strongly in 67 medical officer divisions including Mirigama, Agalawatta, Matale town, Embilipitiya Ukuwela.
