So far, 4,000 metric tons of urea fertilizer have been finished distributing, says the Department of Agricultural Services Commissioner.
Commissioner General of Agricultural Services Mr. A. M. M. L. Abeyratne mentioned that 40 kilograms of fertilizer will be provided for each one acre of paddy fields.
44,000 metric tons of fertilizers have been brought to Sri Lanka so far.
The Commissioner General of Agricultural Services mentioned that another 25,000 metric tons of urea fertilizer are to be brought to Sri Lanka.
