Education Minister Susil Premajayantha said that it has been decided to continue school activities without granting school holidays in August and December this year.
He said that school holidays will be given only during the examination period.
Also, considering the current situation, decision will be taken today (18) on whether school education is conducted online or not.
However, a decision will be taken to conduct studies in rural schools where there are no transport problems, the Minister of Education said.
