The Public Utilities Commission of Sri Lanka (PUCSL) has instructed the public to immediately lodge a complaint in the event of a power outage beyond the scheduled time.
The Public Utilities Commission stated that the complaint should be lodged with information regarding the relevant area and the exact time of the power outage.
Meanwhile, the People’s Commission states that there will be no power outages during the night on February 26 and 27.
