President Xi emphasized the significant progress made over the past decade by countries united under the ‘Belt and Road Initiative.’ The program, evolving from a formal plan to tangible reality, has witnessed numerous milestone projects worldwide, benefitting diverse populations. These projects include highways, railways, airports, ports, and a robust global coordination network.
