The University Grants Commission (UGC) says students who complete 14 days period after the second Covid vaccine will be allowed to resume university education on any given day.
It is also reported that health guidelines have been issued to all Vice Chancellors.
For the first phase of the program, the University Grants Commission had decided to call for only 25% of the university student capacity.
