The Ministry of Finance has announced the government’s action plan yesterday (29).
Minister of State for Finance Mr. Shehan Semasinghe says that this plan has been implemented based on the recommendations of the International Monetary Fund (IMF).
He said that this further shows the government’s commitment to building a sustainable economy and good governance in the country.
The Minister also said that at the request of Sri Lanka, the International Monetary Fund has completed the Governance Adjudication Assessment (GDA).
