Colombo Fort Magistrate Thilina Gamage issued a ban on foreign travel to three people, including Rathindu Senaratne alias Ratta, who was a front-line activist of the Galle Face struggle.
That is according to the information given by the police to the court that those who have been named as suspects in a complaint filed by the Fort Police regarding being a member of an unruly crowd in Colombo Fort who are at risk of going abroad.
