The Ministry of Education has decided to assign teachers to the nearest school due to transportation difficulties.
The Ministry of Education states that the appointment of teachers will be made only until December 31 this year.
Attachment of teachers between national schools in the same province and between national schools and provincial schools should be approved by the Secretary to the Provincial Ministry of Education.
Attachment of teachers in Provincial Council Schools between two Provinces is done subject to the approval of the Provincial Public Service Commission of the relevant Provinces.
Attachments to inter-provincial national schools should be made by the Director of Education of the Ministry of Education.
If the teacher applying for the transfer is not an excess teacher of the school, the assignment will be made only after the provision of a suitable successor.
The Ministry of Education also states that attachments to this foundation should be considered in the same way as friendly transfers are made with the consent of the principals.
It further states that openings made on the basis of pregnancy and medical prescription need to be confirmed by the relevant medical certificates.
