The Ceylon Petroleum Corporation says that only five liters of kerosene oil can be issued from a filling station in a] day.
Its chairman Attorney at Law Sumith Wijesinghe said that a valid letter issued by the Department of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources should be submitted in the issuance of kerosene for those who engaging in fishing industry.

He noted that kerosene would not be released for them without a letter.
