Ukraine calls for an immediate ceasefire if Russian-Ukrainian peace talks are to continue.
The talks are being held between Russian and Ukrainian representatives in Gomel, Belarus.
Ukraine has also demanded the immediate withdrawal of Russian troops from their territory.
