The Pfizer booster dose will be given to those over 30 years of age in Colombo from tomorrow (10), health officials said.
The people of Colombo will, as usual, be informed by SMS to all eligible citizens.
However, they also said that there were sufficient stocks of vaccines and try to avoid unnecessary public meetings.
The booster dose will be given to those over 30 years of age and who have taken any type of vaccine as the second covid vaccine and completed a month or more time after their second vaccine.
