Mahindra Ideal Lanka, a joint venture between Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. (M&M) and Ideal Motors, recently launched their 1000th KUV100 NXT at the Colombo Showroom.
The KUV100 NXT is an attractive car with a proud look that can be considered as an entry level SUV. This is the first car to be assembled in Sri Lanka for the first time, adding 30% local parts.
The KUV100 was first introduced to the local market in early 2020, a time when consumer response was minimal due to the epidemic season. But as a customer-centric company, they have always been able to focus on the island-wide service and spare parts network as well as the 24-hour after-sales prompt service.
Even in the midst of the expansion of the Covid 19, the gradual opening of the Sri Lankan market saw significant demand for the KUV100 model in the country. As a result, Mahindra Ideal Lanka (MILPL) has expanded its production capacity to cater to the growing market needs.
The KUV100 NXT has many unique features that make it one of the flagship models in the car class, including a number of power and high-tech features.
