State Minister Ajith Nivard Cabraal said it is easy for those who are getting monthly incomes and with large bank balances to freely talk about a lockdown.“But, with a lockdown, how will the 45 lakhs of people who are in the informal sectors, live? Who will pay their loans? What will happen to their loved ones?” he asked.
