490,805 Covid vaccines were administered to the public in Sri Lanka yesterday (09).
According to the Ministry of Health, 96% of the population in Sri Lanka over the age of 30, ie. 11,081,092 people, have been given the first dose.
26% of the population or 2,938,568 people have been given the second dose.
The total population of the country over 30 years is 11,496,906.
