Minister of State Channa Jayasumana says that the stock of Oxford-Astracea vaccine which was to arrive in Sri Lanka from Japan will be further delayed.
This situation has arisen because of the flight delays due to the 2020 Olympics.
Meanwhile, the Chinese Embassy in Sri Lanka has announced that another 1.6 million doses of Sinopharm vaccine will arrive in the island tomorrow.
