Increased Pension Payments to Be Issued from This Month

The Ministry of Public Administration, Provincial Councils, and Local Government has announced that the increased pension payments proposed in the recent budget will be provided to all pensioners starting this month.

According to Minister of Public Administration, Provincial Councils, and Local Government, Professor Chandana Abeyratne, over 500,000 retired public servants will receive the revised pension benefits with this month’s payment.
