This initiative aims to provide immediate assistance and streamline responses to emergency situations. The activated hotline numbers are 0112 027 148, 0112 472 757, 0112 430 912, and 0112 013 051. In addition to the hotlines, citizens can connect with the special operations center via email at [email protected] for further assistance or to report emergencies.
The special disaster coordination center has been established at the Police Headquarters, ensuring rapid response through collaboration with relevant agencies, including the Disaster Management Center, health services, and local authorities. This 24/7 operation center will coordinate rescue and relief efforts, provide updated weather forecasts and safety alerts, and guide precautionary measures to minimize disaster risks.
