The Presidential Media Division states that the President was instructed to suspend the examination of the answer sheets of the scholarship examination for two weeks.
A discussion was held between President Anura Kumara Dissanayake and a group of parents who were involved in a protest regarding the question paper issue of the grade 5 scholarship examination yesterday (30) afternoon at the President’s Office.
As a result, the President instructed the relevant officials to suspend the examination of the answer sheets of the grade 05 scholarship examination for two weeks.
The parents requested the President to re-conduct the examination related to the first paper of the last grade 05 scholarship examination, as not 3 questions but 8 questions were released before the examination.
