Sixteen people including Joseph Stalin-the secretary of the Ceylon Teachers’ Union, who were detained at the Mullaitivu Air Force Base, have not been infected with the Kovid virus, health officials said.
The group underwent PCR tests recently and it is reported that none of them have been infected with the virus.
Samples of 16 people, including Joseph Stalin, were tested at the Jaffna General Hospital, where it was confirmed that they were not infected with the virus.
