The government decided to pay special monthly incentives for several posts of staff officers attached to Divisional Secretariats.
Accordingly, a monthly incentive of 15,000 rupees will be provided for the post of Divisional Secretary and 10,000 rupees for the posts of Assistant Divisional Secretary, Assistant Director (Planning) and Accountant.
The Ministry has decided to provide this allowance from March to December this year.
The Ministry of Public Administration, Home Affairs, Provincial Councils and Local Government states that approval has been received for this in the recently convened cabinet meeting.
