Sagara Kariyawasam, Attorney-at-Law, Secretary General of the Sri Lanka People’s Front has been appointed as the Deputy Government Whip.
The appointment letter was handed over by the Prime Minister Mahinda Rajapaksa in Parliament today (08) at the Prime Minister’s Office in Parliament.
Prior to this, Jayantha Ketagoda was the Deputy Government Whip in Parliament.
Attorney-at-Law Sagara Kariyawasam has been appointed to fill the vacancy created by his resignation.
