Skin conditions such as sweat blisters and eczema may increase on these days, so it is advisable to drink more water and natural liquid foods on these days.

The expert doctor points out that the color of the urine can change these days by not drinking too much water, and if the color of the urine becomes dark, it is advisable to drink more water.

He emphasized that it is appropriate to increase water-related activities for children to reduce skin diseases, that is, let the children play in the water for about 20 minutes in the morning and evening.
