The Polonnaruwa Disaster Management Center says that the Polonnaruwa – Batticaloa main road, which was closed from the Gallalla area, will be reopened.
The road was closed due to the risk of inundation due to floods.
The Polonnaruwa Disaster Management Center informs that currently only buses and lorries can travel on this road.
