The further hearing of the petition filed challenging the decision of the Sports Minister to appoint an interim control committee for the Sri Lanka Cricket Institute has been adjourned till tomorrow (24).
This petition was called for reconsideration before the Court of Appeal today (23).
There, the case was adjourned till tomorrow after Mr. Milinda Gunathilaka, Additional Solicitor General presented the facts on behalf of the Secretary of the Ministry of Sports.
This petition was presented by Mr. Shammi Silva, Chairman of Sri Lanka Cricket.
