The police have fired water and tear gas at the teacher-principal protest currently taking place in front of the Ministry of Education, Battaramulla.
The protest was organized by the Teacher-Principal Trade Union Alliance.
When the protestors marched to the three bridge junction, the police fired water and tear gas.
