The Department of Meteorology says that the rainfall in the southwestern part of the island is expected to increase to some extent in the next few days from tomorrow (27).
Western, Sabaragamuwa and North Western provinces and Galle and Matara districts will experience occasional rain or thundershowers.
About 100 mm of heavy rain can be expected at some places in Western and Sabaragamuwa provinces and Galle and Matara districts.
