4 State Ministers have been appointed as Acting Ministers to supervise the Ministries under the President.
It is for that period as President Ranil Wickremesinghe is away from the country.
Accordingly, State Minister Mr. Kanaka Herath as Acting Minister of Technology and Investment Promotion and State Minister Mr. Anupa Pascual as Acting Minister of Women, Children and Social Services have been appointed.
State Minister Ranjith Siyambalapitiya has been appointed as Acting Finance Minister and State Minister Pramitha Bandara Thennakone as Acting Defense Minister.
