50 acres of land in the Tabbowa reserve has been destroyed by fire.
Saliyawewa Police, Army and Karuwalagaswewa Site Office officials have worked hard to control the fire that broke out in the reserve yesterday evening.
The police say that investigations are going on as to whether the cause of the fire was arson or a natural fire.
