The report of the expert committee appointed to look into the death of patients in hospitals causing great controversy in the country was handed over to the Minister of Health yesterday (8).
Health Minister Keheliya Rambukwella has said that the full report will not be disclosed to protect the confidentiality of the doctor and the patient.
Accordingly, only the recommendations and conclusions of the relevant expert committee will be made public, he says.
