A fire broke out last night in the room where raw materials for X-ray machines are stored at Matara General Hospital.
Many materials of the X-ray machines in the storage room were damaged in the fire.
Matara Police say that the cause of the fire was an electrical leak in the air conditioner installed in the store that caught fire.
