Cement manufacturers have agreed to reduce the price of a locally produced cement bag by Rs. 300.
Accordingly, the maximum retail price of a 50 kg cement bag produced in this country will be reduced to Rs. 2300.
Mr. Nalin Fernando, Minister of Trade, said that he will deal with lowering the price of tiles in the future.
