The parliamentary debate related to the domestic debt restructuring proposal will be held today.
Parliament met today at 09.30 am for that purpose.
The debate will be held till 07.30 pm.
At the end of the debate, there will also be a vote on the adoption of the proposal to implement domestic debt optimization to restore sovereign debt sustainability.
The Samagi Jana Balawegaya had announced that it would vote against the debt restructuring proposal in this election.
