The Ceylon Premier League 2023 player auction was held yesterday (14th) night at the Shrangila Hotel in Colombo.
Here Colombo Strikers, Dambulla Aura, Galle Titans bought 24 players each, B-Love Kandy bought 22 players, and Jaffna Kings bought 21 players.
Dilshan Madhushanka, who is among the wickets in the recently concluded unofficial test match between Sri Lanka A and South Africa A, was bought by the Jaffna Kings for $94,000.
