It has been clearly revealed that the OIC of the Kalutara Police Courts Division who was arrested with 52 kilos of heroin had smuggled narcotics in police uniforms on three occasions.
It has been revealed that 75 kilos of narcotics had been transported in one of those cases. Investigations have revealed that the police officer receives Rs. 2 million at a time for transporting heroin and other narcotics in this manner.
It has been revealed that this officer has links with Kudu Salidu in Panadura and that the boss of Kudu Salidu is Harakkata from UAE.
