The Egg Producers’ Association says that the price reduction will be announced today (17) to reduce the price of eggs below Rs. 50.
Accordingly, this decision has been made yesterday after discussing with the Egg Producers Association regarding the reduction of local egg prices in the market.
In the past, mother animals were imported to meet the shortage of eggs in the country.
It is said that the animals have started the process of laying eggs.
Due to that, the association claims that the market is currently receiving enough egg stocks.
