Today (30) at around 1.02 pm in the afternoon, a minor earthquake with a magnitude of 3.7 occurred in the sea off Beruwala.
This minor earthquake was recorded 24 km off the coast of Beruwala.
The Bureau of Geology and Mines says that there is no threat to Sri Lanka.
