Former Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe’s name has been submitted to the National Elections Commission this morning (16) to fill the vacant National List seat of the United National Party.
Accordingly, the Election Commission is to issue a gazette notification stating that Ranil Wickremesinghe has been appointed as the UNP National List Member of Parliament.
