The Galle Regional Director of Health Services and the Regional Director of Epidemiology have been transferred in connection with the alleged illegal vaccination in Galle.
This is as a result of a preliminary investigation conducted by the Ministry of Health.
Violation of travel restrictions and vaccination of people in another district were the allegations that led to this investigation.
