The All Ceylon Bakeries Association says that the price of a loaf of bread will be reduced from today (31).
That was after the meeting of the executive council of that association.
Accordingly, it is said that the price of a loaf of bread will be reduced by between Rs. 10 to Rs. 20 from today.
Availability of imported wheat flour in sufficient quantity in the market has thus led to reduction in prices.
