The American Agency for International Development has agreed to provide 36,000 metric tons of mud fertilizer for paddy cultivation in the coming Yala season.
The Minister of Agriculture Mahinda Amaraweera says that accordingly steps will be taken to provide free mud fertilizer to the farmers for the next Yala season.
