Heavy rains across the country for the next 24 hours

The Department of Meteorology says that due to the turbulent nature of the lower atmosphere around the island, the heavy rain will continue for the next 24 hours.

Accordingly, it is expected that 13 districts will be affected by heavy rains of more than 100 mm and all other districts will be affected by light rains of more than 75 mm.
