Minister of State for Higher Education Dr. Suren Raghavan said that a blacklist of university students involved in various offenses including bullying will be prepared.
The state minister for higher education said that the names of university students who are accused of vandalism, damage to state property, and spreading violence will be blacklisted if they are found guilty.
Mr. Suren Raghavan also said that blacklisted students are ignored when providing government jobs and professional level scholarships providing other government facilities etc.
