Another international organization is ready to help Sri Lanka

Mr. Kenichi Yokoyama, Director General of the South Asia Department of the Asian Development Bank, says that Sri Lanka is expected to provide support in a number of fields to overcome the difficult situation it is facing.

The delegation, including the Director General of the Asian Development Bank’s South Asia Department, Mr. Kenichi Yokoyama, stated this when they met President Ranil Wickramasinghe at the President’s Office this morning (12).

Attention was given to several areas where bilateral cooperation between the Asian Development Bank and the Government of Sri Lanka can be achieved.

Asian Development Bank Resident Mission Director Mr. Chen Chen, Deputy Director Utsav Kumar and President’s Senior Adviser on National Security and Chief of Presidential Staff Mr. Sagala Ratnayake were present at this event.
