Mr. Manusha Nanayakkara of the Ministry of Labor and Foreign Employment has arranged to appoint the former state minister and veteran artist Mr. Ranjan Ramanayake, who will be released today on the presidential pardon, to the position of ambassador for the welfare and promotion of foreign employees.
He has happily accepted the position given by Minister Manusha Nanayakkara.
This position known as “Goodwill Ambassador of Migrant Workers” is a voluntary position.
This position has been given to utilize the tacit knowledge he has acquired in the field of foreign employment.
