Technical level discussions have started with representatives of the International Monetary Fund.
The Central Bank Governor and its officials as well as a group of officials from the Ministry of Finance will participate in these discussions.
Peter Brewer, the head of the International Monetary Fund’s mission in Sri Lanka, and Masahiro Nozaki, the head of operations dealing with Sri Lanka, will lead the delegation.
They are scheduled to stay in Sri Lanka till the 31st.
