The Ministry of Public Security has issued a statement stating regarding the false news that the bus which is taking the group Piumi Hansamali and others to the quarantine center, was diverted. They were arrested in connection with the birthday party held by beautician Chandimal Jayasinghe at the Shangri-La Hotel in violation of the quarantine law.
